The Polymer Clay World Tour : Israel

flipflop-magnets.jpgIt seems that there is an important community of polymer clay artists in Israel, with a quite distinctive style. Does it have something to see with the climate or with the influence of history, even with culture? I really have no idea about it but what is certain is that Israeli polymer clay art is unique.

And Naama Zamir is one of its deserving representatives. What strikes you in the beginning, it’s the colour. An explosion of colours like a big burst of laughter. There is no trace of doubt nor sadness in Naama’s work.

vessel.jpgThen come the details, the meticulous design of the canes that form the major part of the artist’s pieces. The complex patterns are combined with colours to turn the objects into vibrant pieces of art.

A real antidote against sullenness… Shalom, Naama!

I’m going to both the Jonas Brothers world Tour and Taylor Swift Fearless Tour this summer and i’m really excited. At the concert I really want to buy the offical tour t-shirts. If you’ve already gone to the concerts or know of the prices can you tell me becasue i can’t find them online.
