Mario Bros. in Candy’s country
The world of the japanese designer Kyo Hashimoto looks like one of those japanese cartoons that occupied our TV screens over these years or even the scenery of those video games where italians plumbers with a moustache were jumping in with both feet on mushrooms.
A world of softness, friendly curves, little puffy clouds in a pastel blue sky… A world full of bursts of joy and good feelings a bit naive but so heartwarming that we can stop believing they are true… A world she materializes in a brilliant way with her jewels made with acrylic and silver.
Kyo Hashimoto shows us the way with the original and so charming shapes of her jewels. She reminds us of the existence of options other than our usual squares, rectangles and discs. And it’s worth having a try with polymer clay, isn’t it ?

Je connais et apprécie aussi beaucoup le travail de Kyo Hashimoto mais malheureusement impossible de trouver ses créations en France…
